It's time to begin getting your annual registration information together for the association and the state. Don't forget that the OSSAA will NOT mail you a registration form. You must download it, complete it and send it in with your fees to fulfill your registration/enrollment requirements for the state. Also, this year there will be a background check on all registered officials that will cost an additional one-time fee of $30.00 paid to the state.
If you are planning not to officiate this year, please inform Chad Craig so that he can update the association records and inform the assignment committee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ENROLLMENT:
This year we are beginning the transition to an on-line registration format. After this year, all GTOA enrollment/registration processes will be handled on-line through this website. However, we will be sending enrollment forms through postal mail this year as we have done in the past. But, we have also added the ability to submit & print your registration on-line. Either way you choose for this year, you must send your enrollment fee to the GTOA via postal mail. Next year, we hope to have a PayPal account ready so that you will be able to submit your enrollment form and fees directly to the GTOA on-line, at one time, which will alleviate the need for mailing the form and fees.
Below, you will find two (2) enrollment forms. One is the standard form that is mailed and you may print it, complete it and send in your fees with the form. The other is an on-line form that you can complete on-line and submit to the GTOA. You will still need to print the form and send that copy to the GTOA with your enrollment fee, but we will have immediate record of your enrollment status through the on-line submission. This on-line form is intended to introduce you to the process that will be started next year, which will again, include the ability to use a PayPal account to send in your fees through a secure payment method (pending Executive Committee approval).
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ENROLLMENT FEE WITHIN ONE-WEEK OF YOUR ON-LINE REGISTRATION, YOU WILL BE RECORDED AS NOT ENROLLED OR PAID!!
