2010 High School Football Rules Changes Announced

12 rules changes were approved by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Football Rules Committee at its February, 2010 meeting in Indianapolis. The rules changes were subsequently approved by the NFHS Board of Directors. Below are the rule changes and justification:
